Job description

"We energize society" by supporting our customers to make the transition to a more sustainable world, based on innovative technologies and our ability to turn ideas into reality. With nearly 100,000 employees around the world, we shape the energy systems of today and tomorrow.

Reporting to the head of Supplier Quality Management Department, this role is based in a multinational gas power generation company. It focuses on the global supply chain of core gas turbine components, specializing in quality data governance, in‑depth data analysis, digital system optimization and data‑driven quality risk management. The incumbent will leverage digital tools and data modeling to identify supply chain quality pain points, predict potential risks, optimise management processes, and drive the digital transformation and lean upgrading of global supplier quality management.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Manage full‑cycle quality data of global gas turbine component suppliers, covering incoming inspection, factory testing, defect records, corrective action closure, supplier audit, performance evaluation and compliance documents. Establish unified data standards, specifications and data dictionaries, conduct standardised data cleaning, verification and archiving to ensure the integrity, accuracy and consistency of global supply chain quality data
  • Build supplier quality KPI analysis models to regularly analyse key indicators including defect rate, non‑conformity closure rate, quality recurrence rate and delivery quality compliance rate. Conduct trend analysis and root cause review for quality anomalies of core components such as gas turbine hot‑section parts and electronic control systems. Identify potential batch quality risks, deliver professional analysis reports and optimisation solutions, and build a proactive quality early warning mechanism
  • Undertake the operation, maintenance and functional iteration of core systems including SAP/QM and supplier quality management platforms. Sort out business pain points of gas power supply chain quality control, coordinate with IT teams to complete system configuration and functional upgrading. Break cross‑system data silos, eliminate data redundancy and discontinuity, and optimise automatic reports and intelligent data dashboard functions to improve digital management efficiency
  • Identify deficiencies in existing supply chain quality management through data analysis, optimise core processes including supplier admission, in‑process quality control, anomaly handling and annual performance review. Promote standardised and digital process implementation, and build a global adaptable quality data management system in line with ISO 9001 and power generation industry compliance requirements
  • Cooperate with R&D, manufacturing, procurement and IT teams to launch quality digital optimisation projects. Unify digital management standards for domestic and overseas suppliers, collect feedback for continuous process and system iteration, and steadily improve the overall quality management capability of global supply chains
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Statistics or related majors
  • Longterm professional working experience in supply chain quality data governance, data analysis and quality system optimisation in manufacturing industry. Candidates with gas turbine, large power generation equipment, high‑end precision manufacturing or multinational supply chain quality management experience are highly preferred
  • Proficient in quality data processing and analysis, skilled in advanced Excel, SQL and Python; capable of independent data modelling, visual analysis, automatic report and dashboard development; Familiar with the operation and iteration of SAP/QM and supplier quality management systems, with practical experience in system optimisation and digital process implementation
  • Familiar with core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC) and proficient in supplier performance management and quality closed‑loop control
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, capable of cross‑border supplier communication and English technical document processing
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality system and industry compliance standards for power generation equipment
