Job summary

Lincoln Electric, a global leader in welding and manufacturing technology, seeks a Director of Global Supplier Performance, Relationship & Risk Management to elevate supplier governance across our enterprise.

You will own SRM, supplier performance, risk management, and quality governance, partnering with executive leadership to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and resilience across a complex global supply base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years leadership in supplier management, sourcing, procurement, or related areas in manufacturing.
• Experience leading supplier performance, governance, and development programs.
• Proven success leading global, matrixed teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the global SRM framework and supplier scorecards.
• Lead executive supplier reviews and governance forums for strategic suppliers.
• Drive supplier engagement, collaboration, and long-term partnership initiatives.
• Integrate supplier performance and risk considerations into sourcing decisions.
• Provide leadership with supplier risk exposure and mitigation status.
• Develop and implement governance models, scorecards, and escalation processes.
