Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, offers a Future Talent Program internship in Manufacturing Strategy, Business Development and Alliances (MSBDA) for 10–12 weeks starting late May/early June 2027. You will support project management, change management, and cross‑functional collaboration across a global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Candidates must currently be enrolled in a BS in one of the following: Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, Packaging.
• Must be available for a period of 10-12 weeks, beginning June 2027.
• Preferred: GPA 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Support creation of strategies aligned with stakeholder requirements to drive KPIs and maximize value.
• Negotiation Planning & Execution: Assist in pre-negotiation planning and post-negotiation analysis.
• Contract Management: Help manage contracts and commitments for terms and compliance.
• Data Analytics & BI: Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to analyze datasets and identify spend trends.
