Job summary

Qualifications

• Must graduate between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, Biomedical or Industrial Engineering.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reliable transportation to Arden Hills, MN location.
• Engineering experience in manufacturing, supplier engineering, or quality.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with suppliers worldwide to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cost optimization and VIPs within the supply chain.
• Coordinate supplier engineering actions with PMOs and cross-functional teams.
• Support supplier processes with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Demonstrate commitment to patient safety and product quality in all actions.
