Qualifications

• Must graduate between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028
• Pursuing Bachelor's or Masters in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, Biomedical or Industrial Engineering
• Commit to one of two full internship periods: May 17–Aug 6 or May 24–Aug 13
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• Reliable transportation to Arden Hills, MN location
• Engineering experience in manufacturing, supplier engineering, or quality

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships and ensure quality and regulatory compliance with suppliers globally
• Identify and lead VIPs and cost optimizations in the supply chain
• Partner with PMOs to support supplier engineering actions
• Execute plans to support supply chain objectives and risk mitigation
• Lead or participate in project teams coordinating engineers and cross‑functional members
• Drive troubleshooting and improvements in supplier facilities
• Support other supplier engineers with qualification, change assessments, and evaluations
• Maintain commitment to patient safety and product quality per policies
