Job summary

International Motors USA in Lisle, Illinois seeks a Global Supplier Capacity Manager to lead capacity risk management, readiness for launches, and recovery actions across TRATON programs. You will collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Program Management, and suppliers to identify constraints and craft mitigation plans.

You will analyze capacity data, lead readiness reviews, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen supplier performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with purchasing/procurement focus and lead experience.
• 3+ years of lead experience in a manufacturing/procurement environment.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier capacity assessments and mitigation actions to protect production.
• Own capacity readiness in launches and volume changes with cross-functional teams.
• Drive recovery plans including expansion, allocation, and alternate sourcing.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on supplier readiness and capacity risk.
