EF Education First Ltd. in Pasadena, CA is seeking an Activity Coordinator - Summer to deliver engaging on-campus or off-campus activities for students. You’ll help plan, schedule, and execute events, ensuring safety and cultural learning opportunities while guiding a team of leaders.

You’ll interact with students from around the world, assist with logistics, and contribute to a memorable experience. Housing is provided; candidates must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Formación

• Passionate about travel and languages.
• Able to lead a team with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Legal to work in the U.S. or have a work permit.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Assist on activities program for the school, including events.
• Promote activities and excursions on social media.
• Coordinate activity logistics with support from the Activity Manager.
• Act as team lead to ensure weekly activity plan is clear.
• Respond to problems and emergencies as needed.
• Be available to work nights and weekends at events.
