Job summary

Corporation Service Company (CSC) is seeking a Global Subsidiary Coordinator to manage multinational corporate compliance and transactional needs for client portfolios. You will collaborate with General Counsel and internal fulfillment teams to meet annual deadlines and support governance and corporate secretarial tasks.

The ideal candidate thrives on problem solving, works well in a deadline-driven, agile environment, and mentors junior staff within the GSM team.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in compliance, global governance, Corporate Secretary, KYC/AML is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Project management ability in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for GSM service needs and manage a global client portfolio.
• Manage communications from customers and internal fulfillment teams via Salesforce.
• Review and respond to client requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate client project requests internally and externally.
• Research jurisdictional requirements for corporate filings.
