Job summary

SubCom is seeking a Project Manager for undersea telecommunications projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Quality, Reliability, Finance, Operations, and Marine Services) to deliver complex programs.

You will own the project P/L, develop strategy to increase revenue and margin, manage contracts and risks, and lead client communications while meeting schedule and budget in a fast-paced, global setting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in engineering, business, or a technical field; 5+ years related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Manager for Undersea Telecommunications projects; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Own/manage one or more projects from pre-award through RFPA and beyond.
• Manage P/L, contracts, risk, and schedules to meet objectives.
• Negotiate project changes and maintain customer relationships.
• Inform leadership of key project issues and progress.
