Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large-scale supply chain ops with supervision.
• Expert in supply chain systems, processes, and tools; drives digital transformation.
• Experience shaping strategic programs impacting EPC/EPCM projects.
• Skilled in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to make independent strategic decisions for long-term success.
• Strong communicator, able to present proposals and influence stakeholders.
• Participative leadership style fostering high-performing teams.
• Commitment to sustainability and integrating sustainable practices.
• Local Houston metro candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Supply Chain teams and enforce policies.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Project Delivery to align strategies.
• Lead EPC/EPCM supply chain initiatives across projects.
• Participate in bid and proposal development.
• Oversee governance of supply chain processes across Worley projects in the region.
• Analyze prime contracts and troubleshoot supply chain challenges.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive innovation.
• Develop policies and objectives aligned with long-term goals.
• Advise regional and location management on supply chain matters.
• Foster continuous improvement and digital innovation.
• Engage senior leadership and customers with strategic recommendations.
