Responsibilities

• Source and procure specialized goods and services.
• Owns contractual management of the supplier.
• Lead source selection from contract proposal to execution.
• Coordinate with contracts, engineering, quality, supplier development, planning, operations, program, and end-users.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of materials/services.
• Prepare RFPs, analyze proposals, negotiate terms, select subcontractors, write awards, and administer subcontracts.
• Evaluate supplier quality and reliability and monitor delivery schedules.
