Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team. You will be the primary client liaison, managing cross-functional study delivery with focus on budgets, risks, milestones, and quality. • Act as ambassador for the client within Labcorp Central Labs and across units
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to understand client culture and pipelines
• Participate in functional meetings and keep processes up to date
• Support Central Labs Global Project Management strategy
• Promote continuous improvement, quality, and productivity

Labcorp is seeking a remote Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team.

Job Responsibilities

• Key contact for clients; Liaison between Clients, CRO, and Labcorp
• Ensure successful interactions between Labcorp study team members needed to provide seamless study delivery to the client.
• Provide project management oversight, focusing on key client deliverables through budget, risk, and milestone management.
• Facilitate communications between Client and extended Labcorp study team, including Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator.
• Perform review of Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure quality implementation of client specifics and requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities.
• Act as an ambassador on behalf of the client within Labcorp Central Labs and across Labcorp business units; exemplifies the concept of Signature Client Service through outstanding, personalized customer service skills
• Work with appropriate internal and external personnel to understand the culture and pipeline of assigned clients
• Participate in functional meetings and provide input, keeping processes up to date
• Comply with Central Labs Global Project Management strategy
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 years or more of experience in clinical research
• 2 years or more of project management experience
• 2 years or more of direct client and stakeholder engagement experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences
• 2 years or more of experience working within Labcorp's CLS group

All job offers will bebased on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

• Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
