Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical related experience with at least 5 years in clinical research/project leadership.
• Bachelor’s or advanced Degree in life sciences; drug development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, prepares, and facilitates cross-functional global strategy discussions for feasibility and execution.
• Supports strategic planning for global Phase 2 and 3 trials across 35+ countries with large study teams.
• Provides scientific and strategic consultation on country strategy, site selection, recruitment, and timelines.
• Leads projects to improve Study Feasibility & Recruitment capabilities and impact.
