Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Study Feasibility Associate Director to lead global feasibility and recruitment discussions for phase 2/3 trials. You will partner with study teams across multiple countries, guiding site selection and protocol review while coordinating with clinical development operations to optimize timelines and outcomes.

The role requires extensive pharma experience, leadership and strategic consulting skills, and the ability to influence without formal authority in a highly collaborative

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in pure, applied, or technical sciences.
Pharma drug development experience preferred.
Strong leadership in scientific analyses and decision making.

Responsibilities

Designs, prepares, and facilitates cross-functional global strategy discussions with AbbVie leaders to assess operational feasibility.
Supports strategic planning for global phase 2/3 trials across multiple countries with large study budgets.
Drive analytical insights and recruitment planning across AbbVie functional teams.
Conducts detailed scientific, analytical, and operational analyses for study teams.
Provides consultation on country strategy, site selection, and recruitment timelines.
Leads projects to improve Study Feasibility & Recruitment capabilities.

Education
