Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; at least one-year related experience.
• Preferred: intermediate Japanese (B2/JLPT N3) or intermediate Spanish (B2) proficiency.
• Experience studying or working in Japan, Spain, or Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Study Away Program Administration: Develop and maintain relationships with partner institutions for traditional study away programs.
• Coordinate enrollment with partner schools and collect student materials.
• Organize pre-departure orientations for study away participants.
• Interpret transcripts and ensure credit transfers on the JCCC transcript.
• Maintain transfer course equivalencies and coordinate approvals with departments.
• Liaise with Business Office to collect fees and track expenses.
