Qualifications

• 3–5 years in study abroad, international education, or related field.

• Experience living, studying, or traveling internationally.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with budget management and financial reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Advise students, families, faculty, and staff on study abroad opportunities and processes.
• Coordinate pre-departure and re-entry support, transcript evaluation, and credit transfer.
• Collaborate with academic departments and campus partners on course registration and billing.
• Develop marketing, recruitment, and promotional initiatives for study abroad programs.
• Maintain Terra Dotta system and ensure documentation and records are up to date.
• Support policy updates, handbook development, and program records with SAAC.
