Job summary

EF is seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Florida to ensure a high-quality experience for international students and host families. You will greet students, manage concerns, and coordinate with host families, school staff, and the EF production system to deliver smooth programs.

You will conduct weekly evaluations, handle student welfare questions, and provide timely responses. This role requires energy, initiative, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally with young people.
• Approachable and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capable of using your own initiative.
• Have authorization to work in the country of employment.
• Complete fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students to the EF school and ensure high customer service and satisfaction.
• Answer student queries and assist with welfare issues.
• Provide high-level support to Host Families and International Students and respond promptly.
• Manage student and parent concerns and related records (insurance, medical, background checks).
• Assist with weekly student evaluations and EF system entries.
• Respond to problems or emergencies as they arise.
