Job summary

Berklee in Boston seeks an International Student Advisor to support international students and serve as a Designated School Official for a caseload of about 600 artists. The role combines immigration compliance with empathetic student services, guiding visa processes, OPT/CPT, travel validation, and campus life.

You will report via SEVIS, help plan orientation, update policy manuals, and partner with faculty to foster an inclusive, globally engaged campus community. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; experience in International Education or Student Affairs.
• Strong intercultural competency and high emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• DSO representation and immigration advising per F-1 regulations.
• SEVIS reporting and data maintenance in SIS.
• Plan orientation and cultural transition workshops.
• Update web policies and supervise ISS student workers.
