Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of foreign student or scholar advising experience.
• Knowledge of SEVIS and student immigration regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete immigration processing for newly admitted international students.
• Maintain expertise in F-1 and J-1 regulations; Serve as Designated School Official and Alternate Responsible Officer in SEVIS.
• Review immigration and financial documents submitted by students; issue immigration documents for admitted students.
• Advise students regarding visa applications and arrival procedures; support SEVIS processing activities; communicate with admissions and university departments.
• Assist undergraduate, graduate, and non-degree students during admissions and processing stages.
