Job summary

Berkeley College is seeking an International Student Admission Associate to support the NYC campus and occasional travel to other locations. You will guide international applicants through enrollment, representing the college at events, and ensuring SEVIS/I-20 compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of related experience, and strong communication skills, with travel and flexible hours as needed. Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Experience with international or study abroad students.
• Familiarity with F-1 visa regulations, SEVIS, and I-20 process.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in another language is a plus.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
• Represent the college at recruitment events and campus tours.
• Coordinate international recruitment fairs and webinars.
• Collaborate with DSOs to ensure SEVIS compliance and I-20 issuance.
• Maintain and update student records.
• Communicate with agents and educational partners.
• Attend team meetings and work in a high-energy team environment.
• Travel occasionally to other campuses.
• Provide timely, personalized communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Track recruitment and enrollment data to evaluate outreach effectiveness.
