Job summary

Legend Biotech seeks an Executive Director, Head of External Engagement to lead thought leader liaison and clinical education teams within the Commercial unit in Bridgewater, NJ. The role focuses on building enduring customer relationships, loyalty, and a superior end-to-end client experience.

Based in Bridgewater, the executive will drive long-term value, collaborate across functions, and lead a high-performance engagement team while advancing Legend Biotech’s strategic external partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business or related field required.
• MBA is desirable for leadership and strategic oversight.
• Minimum 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
• At least 5 years in managerial roles with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship management with key client stakeholders and voice of the customer.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies for retention and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and support.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to inform strategy and ROI.
• Address client concerns and manage internal advocacy and resolution.
