Digitailor seeks a Strategic Project Lead to design, develop, and implement large multifaceted projects aligned with enterprise strategic goals. You will set strategies and translate business needs into technology requirements, guiding cross-functional teams through end-to-end delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple programs concurrently. Hybrid work is offered with travel to FedEx-related locations as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, psychology, behavioral science, program/project management, or a quantitative discipline.
• Seven (7) years related work experience in managing multiple programs and delivering on schedule.
• Experience leading cross-functional, cross-OPCO, and third-party teams.
• Strong leadership, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements and proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes, monitors, and directs project work streams; provides executive briefings on progress.
• Creates plans with performance metrics, scorecards, and user feedback loops for enhancements.
• Identifies risks and develops contingency plans and mitigation solutions.
• Leads cross-functional teams and translates business needs into tech requirements.
• Prepares analysis and reports for management; manages third-party providers to meet goals.
