Responsibilities

• Establishes, monitors, and directs project work streams and provides executive briefings.
• Creates plans to measure performance with scorecards and user feedback loops.
• Identifies risks and develops contingency plans and mitigation solutions.
• Translates business needs into technology requirements and prepares proposals, plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Develops enterprise programs with cross-functional and third-party representatives.
• Prepares decision analysis and reports for management at all levels.
