Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and at least one year of comparable professional experience.
• Strong analytical judgement and ability to structure unfamiliar problems.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the confidence to explain recommendations to varied audiences.
• Experience managing projects or processes across multiple teams and keeping work moving.
• Coding or financial-modelling experience is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Research complex business and operating questions, synthesising quantitative and qualitative information into practical recommendations.
• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives from initial analysis through execution.
• Help assess decisions such as operating locations, technology priorities and longer-term organisational plans.
• Coordinate projects and processes involving colleagues from different functions and levels of seniority.
• Communicate findings clearly in written materials and discussions with senior stakeholders.
