Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, finance, operations, or related area.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership, collaborate across teams, and turn analysis into action.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of business strategy across SSG, translating priorities into plans.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Conduct strategic analyses including market sizing and portfolio assessments.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and strategic growth priorities.
• Track milestones and commitments to ensure effective execution.
• Prepare compelling presentations for senior leadership with cross‑functional partners.
