You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and HRBPs, coordinating with Centers of Excellence and regional teams to deliver globally consistent, locally relevant solutions. The role focuses on leadership readiness, bench strength, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 10+ years in talent, performance, or development within pharma/biotech or similar.
• 4+ years leading or supporting global talent and performance initiatives in a complex organization.
• 4+ years strategic orientation with operational excellence and disciplined execution.
• 4+ years managing global/multicultural project delivery.
• 4+ years using data analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
• 4+ years ability to influence senior leaders and act as trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance and execution of global talent strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee global talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
• Develop talent plans and high-potential programs for assigned business groups.
• Create talent scorecards and monitor effectiveness of talent strategies.
• Deliver governance for Performance Management and integrate with talent, rewards and workforce planning.
• Lead enterprise talent reviews, including cadence, capability building and action planning.
• Partner with HRBPs and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global frameworks and regional needs.
