Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant in Data, AI and Technology to shape client thinking at the highest level and translate strategies into executable plans. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on guidance, steering workshops, governance design, and value-driven business cases across regulated life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• Structuring ambiguous problems into a clear point of view under time pressure.
• Running a room of senior stakeholders and driving a workshop toward a decision.
• Building a business case that survives scrutiny from finance and technology leaders alike.
• Producing polished, executive ready presentations that carry an argument on their own.
• Talking credibly with data architects and AI engineers without needing to build it yourself.
• Balancing client relationship management with the need to push back and challenge.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate data, AI and technology strategies that align with client business objectives.
• Lead client workshops, steering committees and executive discussions from design through follow-up.
• Build and present business cases for data and AI investments, tied to measurable value.
• Shape governance models for data and AI that clients can operate sustainably, not just adopt on paper.
• Guide clients through technology and platform decisions without owning the technical build.
• Translate complex technical topics into insight leadership can act on, including through strong visual storytelling.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and align competing agendas across functions.
• Coach client teams and Fusion colleagues on structured problem solving and strategic communication.
