Job summary

Magnaflux, a division of ITW, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Sourcing leader at the DeWitt, IA facility. You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier qualification, and cost optimization while leading a diverse team and aligning with ITW goals.

Expect 10–20% travel to supplier sites and other ITW locations. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in strategic sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and experience in global manufacturing environments with ERP/MRP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Technical, or Engineering. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, supply chain operations, and capital equipment manufacturing in global environment; 5+ years in management.
• Strong track record of driving operational improvements and lean manufacturing.
• Expertise in negotiations, procurement, contract law, MRP, and lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations at the DeWitt, IA facility, including purchasing raw materials and components by issuing PO's.
• Lead Strategic Sourcing for Magnaflux and participate in ITW leadership teams.
• Align supply chain strategy with business unit objectives and growth goals.
• Transition from transactional purchasing to strategic sourcing organization.
• Negotiate supplier qualifications and selections to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Develop plans to leverage scale and global cooperation to drive value.
• Coach and develop talent within a high-performing supply chain team.
• Travel to suppliers and locations as needed; establish department goals and budgets.
