Job summary

Carnival Corporation seeks an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to own enterprise‑scale categories across marine operations and new builds. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead supplier development, and drive value through global negotiations.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement within maritime or asset‑intensive sectors, strong stakeholder influence, and a degree in business or engineering. This in‑office role is based in South Florida with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and strategic sourcing within maritime or asset-intensive industries.
• Degree in business or engineering; CPSM/CPM/CPIS or PMP preferred.
• Strong influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-scale sourcing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Own and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive value and mitigate risk.
• Lead supplier evaluations, bid processes, and contract structures.
• Advise leadership on sourcing strategies informed by market intelligence.
