Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) seeks a Senior Manager, Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, manage contract lifecycles, and drive procurement transformation across the organization. You will partner with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver cost efficiencies, mitigate risk, and create measurable value while guiding complex negotiations and supplier governance.

• 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations.
• Experience partnering with senior executives across Legal, Finance, Technology, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives from requirements through negotiation and contract execution.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, service levels, and risk in supplier agreements.
• Develop supplier governance, performance metrics, and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive procurement transformation and process improvements across the organization.
