Job summary

Vibrant Ingredients in Lake Mary, FL, seeks a Finance Analyst to serve as the finance partner for procurement. You will support sourcing decisions, analyze costs, and lead forecasting and month‑end closes related to purchasing and materials.

The role requires 4–6 years in finance/accounting, a related bachelor's degree, and ERP experience. On-site work with collaboration across procurement, operations and supply chain is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, Great Plains/Vicinity).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Procurement teams to strengthen indirect and direct sourcing strategy and assist in value capture.
• Evaluate supplier bids, contract proposals, and sourcing scenarios via financial modeling and total cost analysis.
• Analyze raw material, packaging, and ingredient costs with Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure accurate standard setting for all purchased items across business units.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, and reporting on purchasing and material costs.
• Develop procurement spend analytics and monitor supplier pricing trends across key commodity categories.
• Develop forecast models for key commodity inputs to improve gross margin visibility.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization tied to strategic sourcing.
