Job summary

Husqvarna Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs and ensure successful delivery of multiple related projects. The role requires coordinating with global teams, managing stakeholders, and maintaining governance across program life cycles.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management experience, strong budgeting skills, and familiarities with stage-gate processes. Periodic travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of professional Project Management experience in new product development, testing, and/or manufacturing.
• Experience planning budgets, timelines, Work Breakdown Structures, stakeholder management, risk management and mitigation.
• Experience leading projects for outdoor power equipment, consumer goods, or related processes; leading multicultural hybrid teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs and manage multiple related projects within a program.
• Directly or indirectly manage project managers and project teams across functions.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and governance for programs; monitor progress and report risks to Steering Team.
• Create and maintain RACI charts and executive scorecards for owned projects and programs.
• Coordinate with Finance for cost management and reporting in line with business rules.
