Job summary

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
• Issue purchase orders and manage the procurement process end-to-end.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning/operations teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with finance for budget control and invoice verification.
• Support audits and reporting (e.g., KPI tracking, supplier performance).
