Job summary

Safran Group in Cincinnati area seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to coordinate external supplier activities, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets across the supply chain.

You will define ERP item parameters, manage supplier capacity, analyze requirements, and collaborate with Quality, Methods, Purchasing and Planning teams, traveling up to 25% to supplier sites in the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency with Windows tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate actions to ensure external product supply with on-time delivery, quality and cost targets.
• Define ERP item parameters and supply contracts aligned with stock targets.
• Analyze and communicate demand to suppliers (OTD).
• Monitor supplier capacity and adjust demand as needed.
• Oversee supplier performance and implement action plans with Purchasing.
