Korry Electronics in Everett, WA seeks a Senior Sourcing leader to head global procurement. You will manage Commodity Managers, Buyers, and project teams, driving category strategies and supplier performance across electronic components and complex electromechanical products.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Finance to align strategies with business goals, lead major negotiations, and ensure material availability for all programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in supply chain or strategic procurement; global sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to lead managers or multi-layered teams.
• Experience with electronic components or complex electromechanical products.
• ERP/PLM system knowledge and strong negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global sourcing organization and manage Commodity Managers, Buyers, and project managers.
• Set strategy, improve supplier performance, and reduce costs while ensuring material availability.
• Align procurement with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Finance, and leadership.
• Lead negotiations, RFP/RFQ processes, and long-term agreements.
• Oversee supplier management, risk mitigation, and MRP data accuracy.
• Drive shortage management and supplier delivery performance.
