Qualifications

BS/BA degree with 5+ years (or 8+ years) in a related field.
Strong knowledge of operational purchasing processes and concepts.
ISM and APICS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as global supply management leader for assigned categories.
Develop and implement global sourcing with negotiation strategies.
Lead commercial negotiations with managed supply partners.
Coordinate aggregation of sites demand for forecasting and cost reduction.
Proactively manage supplier base to support factory ramp plans.
Drive cost-reduction programs using COO analysis and supplier competition.
Measure and track supply performance within the spend category.
Implement inventory optimization for turns, investment and service level.
Communicate with management levels internally and externally.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality, technology, cost, and service goals.
