Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in sourcing or supply chain management; energy/electronics sector experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of solar cell/module manufacturers and global supplier landscape; cost drivers and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct the sourcing strategy for solar cell and module commodities; assess supplier landscape and make-vs-buy decisions.
• Lead RFQ/RFP efforts; negotiate terms and establish master supply agreements and statements of work.
• Build should-cost and the total cost of ownership models to inform negotiations and reduce landed cost.
• Guide Engineering and Manufacturing on supplier readiness for new product introductions and ramp.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues related to quality, cost, and delivery.
