Nouryon in Radnor, PA, seeks a Global Strategic Marketing Manager to shape the future of its Institutional and Industrial Cleaning business. You will translate global strategy into regional initiatives, work with sales, product management, R&D and supply chain to drive growth and profitability.

Lead a cross-functional Market Management Team, own innovation portfolio with R&D, conduct VoC research, build compelling launch packages, and represent Nouryon at trade shows and industry events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; MBA desirable.
• 10+ years of relevant strategic segment and/or marketing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the Cleaning Goods market and the chemicals industry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and roll out a global business strategy and strategic marketing plan for the global I&I Cleaning market.
• Translate global strategy into actionable regional initiatives with sales, product management, R&D, and supply chain.
