Job summary

Nouryon, a global leader in specialty chemicals, is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Sustainability in Houston, TX. This role reports to the Deputy Chief Sustainability Officer and focuses on turning sustainability into commercial opportunities, driving customer value, and strengthening competitiveness.

You will partner with commercial, marketing, and R&D teams to embed sustainability into strategy, develop value-based propositions, and lead the Sustainability Network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales, marketing, or strategy with revenue growth.
• Sustainability experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and margin through tailored sustainability programs.
• Quantify and monetize sustainability value with data.
• Equip teams to win with sustainability via partnerships and value-based pricing.
• Embed sustainability into strategy and portfolio decisions with R&D and procurement.
• Lead Sustainability Network for aligned execution across businesses.
• Deliver a global Portfolio Sustainability Assessment with a strong business case.
