Kraton seeks an enterprise leader to drive strategic manufacturing transformation initiatives, integrating business strategy with operational execution to deliver major capital, footprint, capacity, product scale-up, and process-improvement projects across the polymer manufacturing organization. Roles span Beplre, Ohio and The Woodlands, Texas locations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related industry experience.
• Senior leadership experience with ability to communicate to top leadership.
• Multifunctional experience across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive polymer technology and plant operation experience.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic manufacturing transformation initiatives across Operations, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement, and Projects.
• Deliver projects supporting footprint optimization, capacity expansion, cost competitiveness, and business growth.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and value realization with the Global CAPEX Project Director.
• Coordinate product transitions and readiness across functions.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Drive governance, change management, and execution of projects across the organization.
