Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Director of International Store Development to build and lead its global store pipeline beyond the domestic market. The role focuses on designing and executing international expansion, including China, Europe, and franchise partnerships, while ensuring brand integrity and efficient operations.

The candidate will scale development resources, coordinate with design, construction, and procurement teams, and ensure governance and rollout of standardized processes across markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in retail development, store planning, design management, construction, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead international development strategy and execution across Vuori’s global store pipeline, with China as the priority; also Europe and partner markets.
• Build and scale international team and development capabilities across China, Europe, and partner markets with clear ownership and governance.
• Serve as the functional lead for international store design management with designers, architects, and franchise partners to deliver brand-right environments.
• Partner with Domestic Development to reinforce shared standards, prototype learnings, cost insights, and vendor knowledge.
• Maintain global brand consistency while adapting development execution to local market requirements, timelines, and codes.
• Oversee end-to-end international store development lifecycle from feasibility to post-opening review.
• Manage multiple concurrent international store projects with schedules, budgets, and risk tracking.
