Supermicro seeks a Senior Manager, International Statutory Reporting to lead statutory financials across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. You will drive process improvements and lead a global statutory and regulatory reporting team.

The role balances accounting expertise with leadership, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and guiding audits and regulatory filings while implementing efficiencies, including AI-driven initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience, Big 4 background and manufacturing exposure preferred
• Strong IFRS and US GAAP knowledge
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Oversee international statutory reporting and non-consolidated filings
• Coordinate group Annual Report and interim reports with stakeholders
• Manage local statutory audits and liaise with external auditors
• Monitor new statutory reporting requirements and local standards
• Provide insights on statutory results to leadership and regulators
• Lead process improvements, including AI-driven efficiencies
• Coordinate external audit engagements and ongoing compliance
