Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, with leadership exposure.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with accounting principles.
• Data-driven storytelling; ability to present KPIs to senior leadership.
• Ability to interpret complex legal contracts and restructuring agreements.
• Influencing skills to align cross-functional stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead two specialized workstreams: Proactive and Active risk management teams.
• Design and implement executive reporting and KPI tools for senior leaders.
• Serve as finance lead in supplier restructurings and related agreements.
• Ensure end-to-end integrity of SRM financial reporting and compliance.
• Define Roles & Responsibilities between Finance and Operations.
• Develop AI-driven monitoring and other future-state risk tools.
