Job summary

Ford Motor Credit Company is seeking a Strategy Manager to influence global strategy and new business initiatives across Engineering, Product, Risk and Finance. You will lead cross-functional projects, build business cases for growth opportunities, and synthesize complex data into executive-ready recommendations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics and 7+ years in corporate strategy or related fields, with strong financial modeling and Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking or Global Strategy Development within Financial Services, Fintech or Automotive.
• Proven track record of independently driving high-stakes strategic projects and influencing senior executive stakeholders (VP / C-suite / Board level).
• Exceptional quantitative, qualitative and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives from white-space ideation through executive alignment.
• Synthesize complex financial, operational and market concepts into board-ready papers and presentations.
• Build robust business cases for new growth opportunities across B2B fleet electrification, fintech and credit economics.
• Formulate hypotheses on complex problems to guide cross-functional teams across Finance, Risk, Tech and Product.
• Develop strategic insights on fintech, auto finance trends, macro shifts and emerging technologies.
