GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE leader to drive reliability, deployment velocity, and operational excellence. You will lead an offshore team in a follow-the-sun model, overseeing on-call management, SRE metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable microservice architectures.

The role requires strategic oversight with hands-on depth, strong communication across time zones, and ownership of runbooks, escalations, and performance development for engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing multiple teams across regions with demonstrated project success.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow a team of engineers.
• Experience leading offshore teams across time zones.
• Follow-the-Sun model expertise and 24x7 operations experience.
• Strong cross-cultural management and communication across remote stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore DevOps team supporting 24x7 follow-the-sun model.
• Define reliability, deployment velocity, and operational excellence.
• Review SRE metrics, incident response, and on-call management.
• Collaborate on end-to-end architecture for microservices and pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and drive performance with runbooks and status reporting.
• Overlap US hours as needed.
