Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, production engineering, or platform engineering.
• Strong Linux, networking, cloud, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and scripting experience.
• Experience operating distributed systems and leading high-severity incidents.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own SLOs, monitoring, alerting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.
• Design scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and resilient deployment and rollback practices.
• Improve observability, automation, capacity planning, and disaster recovery across production systems.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate technical delivery across regions and time zones.
