Job summary

Fever is seeking a high-performing sales leader to drive sponsorship revenue across our global live experiences. You will identify, develop, and close partnerships with leading brands and agencies, selling integrated sponsorships across Fever Originals, touring exhibitions, immersive experiences, concerts, and official partnerships.

This entrepreneurial seller will build relationships, open new doors, and consistently close six- and seven-figure opportunities in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or experiential marketing.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue targets with senior marketers and agencies.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills for six- and seven-figure deals.
• Excellent presenter capable of engaging C-suite and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of brand partners across categories.
• Pitch and close sponsorship opportunities across Fever's live experiences.
• Develop bespoke sponsorship proposals with Marketing, Content, Media and Operations.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, contracting, closure.
• Maintain senior relationships with brand marketers, agencies, and procurement teams.
