Job summary

Bridgewell, a Bridgewell Health subsidiary, seeks an Account Manager in the Specialty Grain Group to handle daily trading activities and act as the bridge to the BWAB International sourcing unit. This role emphasizes proactive sales, inventory oversight, and international coordination.

You will engage with multiple sales groups, manage product flow, and expand opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline that provides you with an excellent background in logical reasoning, math, quantitative and analytical skills.
• High level of intelligence and academic achievement as demonstrated through GPA or other measures.
• Confidence and desire to work with people, build relationships, and work as part of a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and persuasive skills in person and over the phone.
• Strong spatial, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with managing day-to-day transactions in the trading portfolio.
• Serve as the key internal Bridgewell contact for all imported items via BWAB International.
• Coordinate with BWAB international sourcing group on day-to-day updates and product flow.
• Monitor inventory and assist with product allocations.
• Lead cross-department meetings and ensure smooth information flow.
