Job summary

Goldbelt C6, LLC is hiring a Program Officer to lead U.S. Speaker programs, recruit top experts, and coordinate with embassies and public diplomacy offices. You will track expenditures, maintain records, and develop program offers for missions.

Occasional travel may be required to advance America First priorities. Minimum qualifications include experience with exchange programs, policy-driven decision making, and collaboration with overseas partners; a Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing exchange programs.
• Experience using data and policy guidance to inform decision making.
• Experience working with overseas U.S. embassies and consulates, and foreign host institutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for policy specific U.S. Speaker program implementation.
• Identify and recruit qualified U.S. experts in key America First policy areas.
• Coordinate with Department-wide stakeholders and public diplomacy offices; monitor post allocations and expenditures; report activity; maintain records.
• Use data to develop program offers to U.S. missions.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
