Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, travel, or logistics.
• Experience supporting delegations and event logistics.
• Hebrew language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and execution of Israeli delegations and paid speaker tours, ensuring schedules and on-the-ground logistics are on time.
• Develops itineraries, including flight approvals, accommodations, ground transport, per diem, and budget tracking.
• Serves as liaison between fundraisers, National Marketing, and delegates, providing professional, white-glove support across all stakeholders.
• Provides emotional intelligence and care for delegates from arrival in the United States through departure to Israel.
